    Geckos stick on walls using the Van der Waals Force. It is an attractive force caused by the
    fluctuations in charge distributions between the feet of the Gecko and the wall. These
    fluctuations naturally fall into synch.
    It is a weak bond compared to other intermolecular bondings but it can be very significant
    if the surface area of contaction is in large numbers.Van der Waals force acts anytime
    when atoms are very close together.
