Strengthening women’s economic

empowerment is the very core of the
Gender-Responsive Economic Actions for the
Transformation of Women (GREAT Women)
Project 2. In partnership with the Department of
Agriculture Cagayan Valley, the GREAT Women
Project 2 has been helping women micro-
entrepreneurs (WMEs) in the Region transform
their small businesses into more competitive and
sustainable micro-enterprises.
