I manage reservations and ticket sales, either directly to participants or to
intermediaries such as travel wholesalers or executive secretaries of large
companies. Reservations relate to organized trips, flights, plane, and train
tickets, etc. In the case of reservations for shows and entertainment, the
ticket agent may be employed by the manager of the venue (halls, theme
parks, etc.) or by the organizer (concert producer, etc.).
Managing reservations involves a multitude of tasks, including responding
