3. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will provide students with basic knowledge of various aspects
and fields of international trade and business law, such as:
- Sources of International Trade and Business Law;
- WTO law, selected international law of trade in goods and services;
- International commercial law, international business transaction,
international payment and international commercial dispute resolution.
