My name is Aivie Pearl Balasan, 24 yrs old, currently residing at Iloilo, Philippines. I am
interested in the position of Collection Agent.

Well, my first work experience was as an ESL teacher where I was able to improve my
English communication skills and patience. As a teacher, I am responsible to teach my
students and correct their errors in speaking and writing in English. Being attentive to
details is a very important skill to have in this job, and you also need to be good at
multitasking as you take notes while listening and correcting your students at the same
time.

I have 1 year of experience in Customer Support for an E-commerce store. My tasks

involve addressing customer issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
I also worked remotely as a Cold caller and Appointment Setter with a Real estate
company for almost 2 years where I developed my skills in organizing, handling different
situations such as customer service and other administrative skills

I also ventured into Amazon Account Manager as a VA where I was able to hone my
managing skills. I worked with different suppliers and distributors where we get our
products and handle all the problems in the Seller Account such as coordinating with
the seller support of Amazon.

And lastly, I worked as a Full-Desk Recruiter in a staffing agency where I do sales calls
and recruitment at the same time. In my job as Full-Desk Recruiter

I’m hard working as you can see. I am also very proactive and always willing to learn.
And I can assure you that I can work independently and effectively.
