There are people who love eating generous amount of fruits and
vegetable in order to maintain good health. Meanwhile there are
also a group of people who consume supplements such as
vitamins and others to take care of their health. Do share with us
your opinion and view on this matter.

In my opinion, eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables are essential for good
health. Fresh and real food provide lots of nutrients and vitamins that we need to
stay healthy. Eating variety types of food also help us to reduce the risk from
dangerous diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Besides, ideal amount of
food intake also plays important role to maintain good health. real food can be found
easily anywhere.However, even if we eat lots of healthy food, we may still short of
needed nutrients. Hence, we may need to take supplement as additional food.
Supplement are not meant to replace the real and complete food.
