Reflection: Briefly discuss how you will apply the lesson you learned from the activities in
your life?

I gained a lot of lessons in this particular subject or lesson, especially for my health,

where it is critical to stay physically fit in order to avoid illness and to have more energy.

When it comes to volleyball, I value all of the information I've learned. Volleyball isn't only a

game to play; it's also a historical game that can teach anyone who participates in it to be

disciplined and a good player. Every rule in volleyball that may be applied in real life, such as

avoiding stepping on the line when serving, can be applied in real life, such as knowing your

boundaries and limitations in order to live a healthy and happy life. Furthermore, when it

comes to sportsmanship and teamwork in volleyball, it is critical that all members are

unified and have good communication skills, just as in life. When all the people are united,

everything will be well, and a family with good communication will last forever.

As students, we have a unique opportunity to learn about these topics since they can

help us become better citizens in the future, such as how we obey rules and regulations and

maintain self-discipline in all areas. Then, as a future educator, it can help me figure out how

to encourage my kids to participate in sports that are both enjoyable to participate in and

provide a wealth of lessons that they can use for their future goals. Life is a game, and in

order to succeed or win, we must devote twice as much time to hard work as possible,

because all achievements are the result of sacrifices, efforts, and hard work, which is more

worthy of being proud of and which we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Life is like a

ball; sometimes you're down, but remember there are many opportunities to bounce back

and be on a higher level, which refers to our dreams. This does not mean we should give up

easily because life must go on; there are many challenges we may face, but everything has a

solution; just trust yourself.
