Collaborate with Application Architects, Developers and SRE team to capture functional and
non-functional requirements.
Continuously improve and increase the capabilities, scalability of our SaaS platform.
Using Agile methods [Scrum/Kanban] to organize project deliverables, to track and report
progress.
Participate in rotating on-call duties and work across different time zone with a multi-
national team.
Record the investigations & findings accurately in ticketing tools for further reference.
Prioritize issues based on impact and urgency transfer or escalate where required
Highlight wide impact issues and coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate resolution
within SLA/SLO.
Good understanding of ITIL concepts/process, covering Incident Problem & Change
Management.
Responsible for meeting individual and departmental metric goals with regards to incidents
and tasks.
