How you will make an impact:

 Collaborate with Application Architects, Developers and SRE team to capture functional and
non-functional requirements.
 Continuously improve and increase the capabilities, scalability of our SaaS platform.
 Using Agile methods [Scrum/Kanban] to organize project deliverables, to track and report
progress.
 Participate in rotating on-call duties and work across different time zone with a multi-
national team.
 Record the investigations & findings accurately in ticketing tools for further reference.
 Prioritize issues based on impact and urgency transfer or escalate where required
 Highlight wide impact issues and coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate resolution
within SLA/SLO.
 Good understanding of ITIL concepts/process, covering Incident Problem & Change
Management.
 Responsible for meeting individual and departmental metric goals with regards to incidents
and tasks.
