Performance Task:

Introducing yourself.

Record a 30seconds to 1 minute video of yourself.

In your video, you have to tell me your name, age, address, why humss and your dream. Make it as
natural as possible.

Before speaking you should think of an adjective that describes your attitude, your self. USE the FIRST
LETTER OF YOUR NAME for the adjective.

Use it as the first part of your name.

For example:

Amazing Ar Jae.

Hi I am Amazing Ar Jae, from Brgy 57, Pila Laoag City. I am 16, years old and the only son in the family.
and so on, and so forth.

Hi I am Creative Chryster Tashana Danne M. Gamiao, 16 years old, from Brgy. 2, Rizal St., Laoag City.
During my spare time, I would listen to music, learn dance choreographies, watch movies, read books
and play mobile games like Call of Duty. In my junior high school years, I studied and graduated at Ilocos
Norte National High School in the STE Program or the Science, Technology and Engineering Program. I
chose STEM for me to improve my skills and knowledge mainly about science and math. I also chose
STEM because in 10 years, I see myself as a successful architect or engineer. I’ve always love to draw,
create things, solve math equations and problems.
