1. Please ensure that you fulfill each of the eligibility criteria stipulated in our published advertisement no.PR/P/45(2020-2021) & thereafter

hosted on our website www.iocl.com relating to age, qualification, percentage of marks (wherever prescribed), experience as on the date of

reckoning. This call letter is therefore provisional.

In case you are not meeting the above criteria, you are directed not to appear in the Written Test

2. You will be admitted to the examination hall only on production of this Call letter. You will surrender the call letter duly signed at appropriate
ia

place, to the invigilator. Please retain a photocopy for your future reference. In case of failure to surrender, your candidature shall be considered
cancelled.

3. The written test will be of about 120 Minutes duration from 10:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs . Please reach the examination center sixty minutes
before the scheduled time. Late comers will not be allowed to enter into examination hall beyond 10:00 hrs .

4. You are required to carry a Photo ID Proof for the Written Test along with a self attested photocopy. The original Photo ID shall be checked
and verified during the Test. The self-attested photocopy of the ID shall be collected along with the call letter after the Written Test. Documents
like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving license, Voter ID card, Passport etc. shall be accepted as Valid Photo ID proof.

5. The Skill / Proficiency / Physical test shall be held at Panipat tentatively from 15th to 19th February,2021 . The list of shortlisted candidates
for Skill / Proficiency / Physical Test (SPPT) shall be displayed in the IOCL website www.iocl.com on 05th February 2021 (tentatively) .
Candidates are advised to plan their journey accordingly.

6. Candidates belonging to PwBD category and who have requested for scribe at the time of making application shall be provided with a scribe at
the test venue. 20 minutes per hour compensatory time will also be given. Candidates belonging to PwBD category, who opt for own scribe, will
be required to furnish certificates as per Annexure-III & IV of the Advertisement. Refer point no. 8 of clause D in Advt. PR/P/45(2020-21)
7. Candidates have to make their own arrangement for travel, lodging and boarding for appearing in Tests.

8. Outstation SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be eligible for reimbursement of IInd class Rail/Ordinary bus fare to and fro by the shortest route
between the place of mailing address or actual place of journey and the place of Written Test, whichever is less, subject to submission of TA claim
form with rail tickets /bus tickets and a copy of caste certificate in the format prescribed. (TA Claim format can be downloaded from the website
www.iocl.com )

9. Please bring with you blue/black ball-point pen for marking answers in Answer Sheet.

10. You are advised NOT to carry Mobile Phone/Tab/any communication and computing device, pager, loose sheets, slide rules, calculators,
books, notebooks, bags etc. If brought, all such items will have to be kept outside the venue at your own risk. IOCL will not be responsible for
loss/damage of any item. Resorting to any unlawful means which also includes carrying or using the mobile phone inside the examination hall, will
lead to disqualification

11. Please note that during subsequent verification of certificates / testimonials (including mark sheets), in case the verification reveals contrary to
your claim in the on-line application or any time thereafter, your candidature will be summarily rejected at any stage of selection process without
any further notice to you.

12. All candidates are also required to MANDATORILY bring and submit one copy (print out) of on-line application form, duly signed by him / her,
along with all self attested supporting documents in an envelope as per Annexure-II of Advertisement & a photograph under self-attestation on the

day of examination i.e. 17.01.2021. The envelope should be super scribed with the Candidate’s Name, Name of Post Applied for and the Post
Code on the top of the envelope.
