How to ask for help
Self-help Resource Template
Aim of activity This activity will aim to help young people to identify their support
network and who they can turn to for help. It is beneficial for young
people to familiarise themselves with local support systems and also to
recognise available support networks online. This activity includes a
resource that young people can bring home with them to refer to their
own personal support systems. They can also be encouraged to share this
information with others.
