Have 1 year of research & development experiences as research scholar in school of chemistry,

 Study of inclusion complex of 6-bromo-2-naphthol in β-cyclodextrin by fluorescence
quenching method.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
~Analysis of samples in X-ray fluorescence spectrophotometer.
~Conducting of performance improves trial to improve product quality.
~Absorption study by UV- visible spectrophotometer.
~Spectroscopic method to determine Host-Guest interaction.
~Host -guest interaction of 6-bromo-2-naphthol with beta cyclodextrin.
~Fluorescence quenching of 6-bromo-2-ROH by Cu2+ in aqueous solution & beta-CD
~Calorific values determination of fuel by bomb caloriemeter.
~Use of polarimetry in the determination of binding constants between cyclodextrin &
6-bromo-2-naphthol.
~Fluorescence spectrum of probe & drugs interaction.
~Determine the quenching,the lifetime of the probe in presence of
Quencher is determined by using HoribaJobinYvon time correlated single
Photon counting (TCSPC) fluorimeter.
