November 2021
Intro
Welcome to the INSEAD-McKinsey Global Case Competition (IMGCC)!
The IMGCC is an exciting opportunity for aspiring strategy consultants to
showcase their problem solving, teamwork, and communications skills.
This year will mark another milestone as we have opened up the
competition to top-tier MBA programs around the world for the first time.
We are very excited to have you join the competition and sincerely believe
this would be a great learning opportunity for all of you!
The IMGCC will be divided into two stages: the preliminary round and the
final presentation round. During the preliminary round, you are expected
to form a team of up to five people from the same school and deliver a
presentation of up to 5 slides (more details below). The top 5 teams from
the preliminary round will be selected to present their deliverables to a
panel of judges from McKinsey. Once your team advances to the final
round, you will receive feedback from experienced strategy consulting
professionals from McKinsey and have several days to iterate on the
presentation.
Good luck and most importantly, have fun!
Your sincerely,
INSEAD Consulting Club
