New Hire Verification and Affirmation Regarding Contractual Restrictions

In signing this Verification and Affirmation Regarding Contractual Restrictions, I affirm

that there are no contractual restrictions on the ability of Infosys Ltd. to hire me to
perform the position for which I make application. I hereby agree to release Infosys Ltd
from any suit/claims made by any of my previous employer(s) arising out of violation of
any contractual legal obligations with them.

I further affirm that if hired by Infosys Ltd., I will not use or disclose any confidential
information or trade secrets to which I have had access as a result of any employment
with any previous employer. I also understand that any false statements made in this
verification and affirmations are grounds for immediate termination of any employment
with Infosys Ltd.
