MRAP Lead Instructor/Field Service Rep (FSR): July 08 to present - DynCorp Inte
rnational
* Senior Instructor Assistant: Manage DynCorp Instructors in accordance with
approved POI. Attend Site meetings and address concerns affecting MRAP Training
schedules and Vehicles used for training. Liaison between DynCorp and SAIC NET
Lead for continued intercompany corporation and success. Provide oversight to
ensure all personnel are instructing approved classroom material as per the POI
. Ensuring company Safety Programs are adhered to by all Instructors and studen
ts. Ensure company approved end of course testing, critique and student gradua
tion procedures are followed. Chair weekly AAR Meetings with instructors for i
ncreased safety, team work and company goals.
* Field Level Maintenance (FLMNET Lead): Instruct U.S. Military Personnel and G
overnment Contractors on the NAVISTAR Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle (M
RAP) Program. Provide classroom instruction and hands-on training for proper di
esel engine diagnostics, repair , maintenance, wiring, electronics, trouble shoo
ting, steering, air brake sys, ABS, air conditioning, hydraulic systems, technic
al manual training and end of course testing.
* Operator Training (OPNET): Instruct U.S. Military Personnel safe operation
of the MRAP in accordance with Military Operator Manuals, to include vehicle cha
racteristics, handling ability in unusual conditions, emergency egress, operator
maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Check System (PMCS). Provide classroom
instruction and hands-on training to include day, night, DVE enhanced drivers tr
aining and end of course testing.
* Field Service Rep (FSR): Provide U.S. Military Personnel and Government Cont
ractors technical assistance to maintain MRAP fleets for the U.S. Army, to inclu
de diesel engine diagnostics, repair , maintenance, wiring, electronics, trouble
shooting, steering, air brake sys, ABS, air conditioning, and hydraulic systems
. Complete daily and weekly vehicle event logs, parts tracking reports and tra
ining to personnel as needed.
* RPAT Field Service Rep (FSR): Provide Status Inspection Reports and technica
l assistance to U.S. Military and DOD RPAT Personnel on all variants of MRAPS tu
rned into the Mosul RPAT Yard. These reports are used to determine 10, 20 or 30
level maintence repair needed for combat ready status. Complete weekly vehicle
event reports.
Assistant Manager/Truck Mechanic: 04/07 to 06/08 - Truck PM Plus, Dinneen Avenue
, Orlando, FL. Generate work orders, assign to mechanics, and generate estimate
s per customer request, parts ordering and customer relations. Mechanical exper

General Electric Government Services (GEGS) - Atlantic Underwater Test and Evalu
ation Center (AUTEC), Andros Island, Bahamas - Sep 84 to April 90.
* Q/A, Load Test Director - Certify weapons/cargo weight handling equipment and
rigging IAW ANSI, OSHA, and Government specifications e.g., aviation, marine, m
obile, overhead cranes, forklifts. Develop Non-Destructive Inspection Programs
for U.S. Government contracts while employed with RCA/GE. Repair, maintain and
certify all mobile, marine, aviation GSE, land-based cranes, hoists and all lif
ting equipment.
* QA NDT Technician Level II UT, MT, PT RT, ET Weld Inspector. Responsible for
NDT testing and training performed on aviation SH-3 and UH-1N helicopters, mari
ne, R&D weapons systems and facilities equipment. Certify GE personnel to Level
I, MT, PT, ET, and UT to U.S. Navy MIL STD 410D.
* Technical Library, Transportation Fleet and Material Handling Equipment Maint
enance. Develop company programs for contract additions to include supervision,
quality assurance, maintenance control, monthly synopsis, preventive/corrective
maintenance, manpower reports, operating procedures, stock establishment, purch
ase requisitioning, technical publications library.
* Aviation Ground Support Equipment (GSE) - Developed AUTECs GSE maintenance an
d NDT programs to include QA, supervision, PM/CM scheduling, work center history
files, parts and equipment requisitioning, establish technical library. All pr
ograms IAW OPNAVINST 4790.2E. contract specifications. Started with 33 pieces o
f GSE and grew to a fleet of over 425 pieces of equipment for repair, P/M, docum
ent, parts ordering/stocking for NC8A mobile starting units, hydraulic test stan
ds, aircraft platforms, jacks, lifting equipment, tow bars and tugs.
* Licensing Instructor - Develop company licensing program for aviation ground
support equipment (GSE), material handling equipment (fork lifts) and assorted
cargo vehicles. Instruct U.S. contractor personnel in accordance with Military
Operator Manuals, to include vehicle characteristics, handling ability , Preven
tive Maintenance Check System (PMCS). Provide classroom instruction and testing
