RULES IN CASINO

 Electronics - When you are seated at a table, you aren’t allowed to use a phone for
the most part. In fact, just go ahead and put it in your pocket, as you also aren’t
typically allowed to place it on the table itself.

 Discussing Someone Else's Strategy- another thing you should not do during the
game is to discuss other players' hands. Criticism on how people should or should
not play is not acceptable, and if a player is losing, you may receive some harsh
words.

 Property- No property belonging to the casino or the proprietor shall be removed

from the premises by any patron. Neither, the proprietor nor any member of the
Metropolitan Gaming Group nor any of its employees, accept any responsibility for
any loss or damage to property on the premises whether or not entrusted to the care
of a Group Casino or any of its employees.

 Opening Hours- The casino shall open and be ready to receive customers on a
regular basis during such hours as the Owner shall determine from time to time in
his or her absolute and sole discretion.

 Gaming- No hazard or chance game shall be played in the casino unless all
applicable laws and regulations are followed.

 Entry Requirements- Patrons are reminded that no one under the age of 18 is
permitted to enter any casino property.
RULES IN THEME PARK

• Liability restrictions - Liability is limited to items brought in by visitors and any

damage resulting from the user's grossly negligent breach of duty or the user's legal
representative or vicarious agent's deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty.

• Using the theme park's facilities and attractions- In the event of a power outage
caused by a thunderstorm, storm, or another event that causes the park's facilities and
attractions to close, the admission price will not be refunded in full or in part. If certain
facilities are closed due to repairs, acts of God, or inclement weather, the same applies
(storms, thunderstorms, heavy rain, etc.).

• General safety rules- The park is a no-smoking zone in the interest of the children's
safety. Only in designated smoking areas is it permitted to smoke.

• Supervisory duty- All parents or staff (e.g., those in charge of groups) are reminded
of their responsibility for their children’s safety, as we cannot absolve them of this
responsibility. In this case, parents or employees are also liable for any damage caused
by those in their care.
