❖ Contributes to the area of engineering such as construction of tall

building

❖ Invention of satellites has made communication more effective and

faster

❖ Increases crop yields by invention of fertilisers, pesticides and

hydroponic method

❖ Discovery of vaccines and antibiotics – controlling the infectious

diseases
