Week 7-8 Pe and Health
Week 7-8 Pe and Health
2. One of your family members is diagnosed with severe obesity. As a fitness advocate, she asks for your help
in weight management.
Your Action: Exercise regularly; initiatives to reduce obesity among adults and children are critical for
public health. Current Physical Activity Guidelines encourage 150 minutes of moderate to intense
physical activity each week, or roughly 30 minutes five days per week.
Your reason: I feel that a fitness advocate delivers direct and customized services. As an advocate, I
must believe what I am saying about fitness and health care as much as possible.
3.There are many myths out there related to nutrition, fitness, and weight loss. Some of them even come from
seemingly refutable sources. Your friend, Nikki, would like to avail and be part of the fad.
Your Reaction: I will back up my friend Nikki.
Your Reason: Because it will make her happy. It's her choice, and I'll provide my support as long as
she's content.

Comments:
1. Please identify any specific priority areas for you that could be the focus at future events.
- We will prioritize persons with heart problems and the elderly at future events since they have medical
difficulties.
2. How could the event be improved?
- To improve the event, we should listen to the participants since knowing the participant's experience is
the key to administering a fantastic event. Focus on the members as much as your commitments allow on
the day of the event. Examine the surroundings. Engage in discussion with folks. Real-time feedback
surveys may be used to collect data.
