11. GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: Describe the nature and purpose of your work in one or two sentences.
Administrative support services is basically personnel management function. It serves as the police unit in the administration of office
policies. It caters to the non-technical functions of the office. It maintains office order and other dynamics, a communication link between
the management and the rank and file. It is the life and soul of the office.
