SANCTION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY/VEDIOGRAPHY/DOCUMENTRY

1. Photographer & Videographer was hired for Founder’s day celebration on 31 Aug 20 .

2. It was decided before the founder’s day celebration that photographer and videographer
will do photography, Videography and make a video of 50 minutes and a teaser of 5
minutes.

3. Now it is being decided by authorities that 5 minutes of school documentary will also be
made with the teaser.

4. Amount of Rs. 8000/-had already been sanctioned in sanction register at sr. no 02 dated
28/08/2020 at page no 113 under the head photography/videography. But, now it is being
requested to sanction Rs 10000/- due to change in teaser to school documentary and and
video (50 minutes) of founder’s day celebration.
