You have been selected for Diploma Apprentice further to your interview on dated 14.12.2016, you have
been engaged as apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in the trade of Mechanical for a period of
One vear i.e. 21.12.2016 to 20.12.2017 and your apprenticeship therefore would come to an
automatically end .

On the completion of apprenticeship period you will have no legal right to seek observation in the
service of the company.

In the event your work conduct or behaviour during the apprenticeship period is not found satisfactory
the company would be empowered to terminate your apprenticeship, at any time durlnq the period of
one year f.e. 21^12x2016 to 2Q,H2017.

You will undergo your apprentices training faithfully and diligently and shall not Indulge In any act of
indiscipline.
