problematic. Vietnam has been recorded approximately 20 cases of omicron, which are highly

transmissible, compared to the Delta. High school students may be aware of the importance of

epidemic prevention. Whereas 9 graders are vulnerable and may not know how to how to defend

themselves against this life-threatening disease. Moreover, a large number of teenagers are not fully

vaccinated. Although vaccines play a crucial role in avoiding and reducing the danger of contracting

and spreading the virus, they are temporary solutions. If one of the pupils gets Covid, the individuals

around them will be severely affected and might become F0.

I recommend Ho Chi Minh City allow students to return to schools after the Tet holiday. It will only be

about a month until the Lunar New Year, if children go back to school from December 13, 2021.
