Process to verify the validity & availability of NIELIT DLC Facilitation Center
National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) registers institutes as
Facilitation Centers for conducting Digital Literacy Courses(DLC). DLC is a bundle of courses under
Digital Literacy program which includes 5 courses viz. ACC, BCC, CCC, CCC+ and ECC.
In order to ensure that institute is valid DLC Facilitation Center of NIELIT or to check the
availability of DLC Facilitation Center in a City, following steps may be followed:
1. Click on the link https://student.nielit.gov.in/

2. Click on “Search Institutes” on right side bottom

3. Now a window will appear as shown below:

4. In this window select:

 Course Category as IT Literacy Programme (For BCC, CCC, CCC+ & ECC) &
Digital Literacy Courses (For ACC).

 Course Name as per requirement

 State & District as per requirement

After selection as mentioned above, click on view and list of all registered institute in
that District will appear. Search the institute by its name/address or E-Provisional
Number.
