Minutes of the interview of the School Screening Committee Meeting held at the Principal’s
Office on December 11, 2020

The interview started at 8:30 in the morning.

Mrs. Shirly T. Detaro, Teacher-In-Charge and Chairman informed the group that the
interview was for Teacher 2 position. She also enumerated the qualifications for the said
position.

Mrs. Detaro further informed the group that the vacancy for Teacher 2 was upon the
promotion of one teacher in a Teacher 3 position, thus she oriented the applicants in details the
Guidelines in the Appointment and Promotion of Teaching Position. She also discussed the
specific number of points set in the guidelines.

There were two (2) applicants for Teacher 2 position namely; Mrs. Leah S. Bayona and
Mrs. Jonalyn C. Libanan.

The chairman and members of the committee asked the applicants questions regarding
their qualifications, work experiences and other relevant teaching related questions.

There are no more matters to be discussed, the interview ended at 10:00 AM.

The interview started at 8:30 in the morning.

Mrs. Shirly T. Detaro, Teacher-In-Charge and Chairman informed the group that the
interview was for Teacher 3 position. She also read the qualifications required for the said
position.

The Chairman further informed the group that the vacancy was upon the retirement of
Mrs. Elena B. Pabiona who was assigned in this school. Mrs. Joy D. Valencia was the sole
applicant for the said position. There having no other contender, the applicant was oriented on
the guidelines on the Appointment and Promotion of Teaching Position.

Mrs. Detaro further informed the applicant the required documents for the said
position.

There are no more matters to be discussed, the interview adjourned at 10:00 AM.
