About our company

Lunaphore Technologies is a young scale-up active in the Life Sciences field developing
products based on a microfluidic technology to analyze tissue samples in immuno-oncology
research. Lunaphore is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team and contribute
directly to the development and growth of the company.

Job overview

We are looking for a Product Management Intern to provide support to the Product
Management team for product launch related activities. Working at the interface of R&D and
marketing, the intern will need excellent understanding of the techniques and applications,
and is ready to join a hard-working team, passionate about taking Lunaphore to the next-
level.

Responsibilities and duties

• Support the Product Owner in product-related activities, such as preparation and


maintenance of the material required for releases and product launches (User manuals,
training material etc…):
- Update of documents;
- Coordinate language translations and reviews of product material;
- Help in coordinating activities between R&D and marketing for documents releases;
- Propose improvements of such documents.
• Support the Product Owner in the implementation of Customer Satisfaction Surveys and
the analysis of the results and prepare appropriate reporting of the data to be shared
with the other teams.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Customer support team to coordinate the
collection of product feedbacks and inputs from the field and provide analysis of data
to improve the products and help in development prioritization.

Required qualifications

• Ongoing or completed master’s degree in biomedical engineering or biomedical


sciences or similar field.
• Knowledge of immunohistochemistry is a strong plus.
• Using Adobe tools such as InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
• Fluency in oral and written English is a must. Additional language skills including French,
German and Italian are a strong plus.

• You demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail.


• You like interacting with people, bring advice and solutions to them.
• You have the ability to collaborate with others by working in a team, share information
with peers and managers in an efficient manner.
• You have the ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
