3 Kiwi has two positive features related to its safety and practicality. 2 TOPIC

8 First of all, Kiwi travel 300 meters in 27 minutes which is slow in comparison to human 1 NEGATIVE
delivery services. Unfortunately, if this robot has to travel long distances this delivery FEATURE
option becomes obsolete.
2 It is a robot that can deliver orders and it was created by Felipe Chavez a business
administrator who is also the owner of the company Kiwibot. Kiwi works with an App
similar to Rappi where you can order a lot of food and drinks. It has quickly become a DESCRIPTION
great tool for people who do not want to go a restaurant and is planning to cover more
areas in the USA and deliver food to every people in a few years
4 To begin with, this delivery robot has a complete security system that includes a GPS 1 POSITIVE
system which send the location of the robot in real time to the costumer and the managers FEATURE
of the App to prevent thefts or delays
7 However, Kiwi is on a preliminary time and it has some negative aspects such as slow 3 TOPIC
processes and limited pay methods. SENTENCE
9 Secondly, Kiwi only offers one pay method that is credit card and that limits the options 2 NEGATIVE
for the people who only carry cash or debit card. FEATURE
6 This is definitely a good option for families where people who enjoy eating at home. CLOSING

10 From my point of view, Kiwi is a great approach to deliveries without human contact, but FINAL
at the moment it’s too basic to be implemented it areas with long distances or for certain OPINION
population.

1 Technology has evolved in many industries making Kiwi the robot of the future deliveries. 1 TOPIC

5 Kiwi’s App is user-friendly, because it does not have to many bottoms to press and 2 POSITIVE
anybody can use it. For example, if there is an old person living alone, he can start the app FEATURE
with only one click and place the order and pay with only 2 clicks because the bottoms
include visible icons recognized everywhere.
