ONLINE PERIODIC ASSESSMENT- 3 SCHEDULE AND SYLLABUS (2021-2022)
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EXAM
 Online Periodic Assessment-3 will be taken on MS Teams in the form of multiple-choice questions and
subjective paper.
 The class teacher will be there to assist the students, in case of any difficulty. Parents can contact the class
teacher for any issues that the child faces while taking the test .
 Students must answer the subjective/written part of the assessment in a separate 3-IN-1 NOTEBOOK.
 Please note that students may be asked to produce their test NOTEBOOK, so it is imperative that they do
the subjective test in their TEST NOTEBOOK.
 In case the child is not able to take the test due to some unavoidable circumstances, you must inform the
class teacher immediately, stating the reason for non-completion of the test/ absence, failing which, the
child will be marked absent for that exam .
 There will be NO RETEST, so please ensure that your ward takes the test on the assigned date
TIMINGS FOR EXAMINATION
Joining the exam meeting 7 :45 a.m Attendance will be marked
Timing for exam 8:00 am – 9:30 am Form will open at 8 : 00 Students must start writing the subjective paper
a.m immediately after submitting the objective paper.
Timing for objective paper 8:00 a.m – 8:55 a.m Form will close at 8:55 a.m
No response can be submitted after 8:55 a.m
Subjective paper uploading time 9:30 a.m – 9:45 a.m Subjective paper will not be accepted after 9:45
a.m
Timing for computer test 8:00 am – 8:30 am Form will close at 8:30 am
No response can be submitted after 8:30 am

STEPS TO ATTEMPT THE PERIODIC ASSESSMENT 3


The exam will be conducted in individual class team>> general channel >> assignment.
 The Exam paper will consist of 2 parts: Objective MCQ paper (MS Forms), Subjective question paper (PDF)
 Both the question papers will be available under the same assignment.
 First, students need to click on the Form link to attempt the objective question paper. After answering all the
questions in the Form, they need to click on submit button to submit their form.
 Next, they have to click on the PDF question paper and solve the question paper in their TEST Notebook.
 They will click picture of each page in portrait orientation and convert the images into a SINGLE PDF file.
 They will attach this pdf by clicking on the “Add work” option.
 Once the file is attached, they must click on Hand in / Turn in option to submit their answers within the
stipulated time. (Students have to finish the paper by 9:30 a.m. An additional time of 15 minutes is given to
convert the paper into PDF, attach the file and turn it in. This means that they will have to turn in the
paper by 9:45 a.m. Work sent there after will not be accepted.)
 Please note that work that is not converted to PDF before submission WILL NOT BE MARKED.
 Responses or screenshots on WhatsApp will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE :
 There will be NO regular online classes on the days of the examination as well as on non-exam days.
 Non exam days shall remain as preparatory leave. However revision/doubt clearing classes will be
scheduled by every subject teacher. The timings will be intimated later.
 Regular online classes will resume from 25 February ,2022.
