2.1. Insert pictures
Pictures are to be central formatted with caption inserted. The list of figures will be
automatically updated as you update it.
Insert a new picture, format it central. Choose the entire picture, go to tab
References/Insert Caption and insert its name.

2.2. Insert tables
Tables are to be left formatted with caption inserted. The list of tables will be
automatically updated as you update it.
Insert a new table, format it left. Choose the entire table, go to tab References/Insert
Caption and insert its name.

CHAPTER 3. RECOMMENDATION

You should press Ctrl + Enter (Page Break) at the end of each chapter to move to
new chapter.
3.2. Update tables of contents
3.2.1. Name

When you update Table of Contents, just need to update it normally.

When you update List of Figures and List of Tables, you shall go to tab
References/Insert Table of Figures. In the Caption Label section, you may choose which
one you wish to insert.
Besides, when you wish to add text heading to Table of Contents, you should click to
the heading, go to tab References/Add text and choose the level you wish to apply. Then
update the Table of Contents it will automatically appear.
