1. RLB OFFICE

 RLB for Offices – Size: 15 Feet Wide X 40 Feet Long X minimum 8 Feet High
 Base frame constructed by I Beam 600x200mm x11 mm size
 Purling square tube 60mm x60mm x3mm (400mm Centre to Centre)
 All base frames and cross beams one coat primer and two coat paint
 Double layer 18mm marine plywood installed on the flooring
 Over the plywood flooring 3mm thickness heavy duty PVC welded type vinyl sheet installed
 Wall panel installed 100mm thick sandwich panel R20 rating
 Roof panel installed 100mm thick sandwich panel with appropriated purlin R20 rating
 From floor level 2.4m height 60mmx60mm fire rated ceiling tiles installed
 1 mx 1m aluminum 4 Nos. windows installed in the RLB Office
 2 Nos of metal door with Sargent lock, door closer, stopper installed in the RLB office
 3 Nos of 2 Ton HVAC Mini split unit installed in the RLB office (All HVAC outdoor unit installed metal
stand)
 4Nos of 40A isolator switch installed
 12 Nos of concrete foundation 75cm x75 cm installed for trailers
 2 Nos of fabricated steps installed for doors for entry
 10Nos 600mm x600mm 40W LED Panel lights installed as per approved electrical drawings
 12 Nos of MK duplex socket installed with necessary GI conduit from distribution box
 2 Nos of Orbik exit lights installed over the metal door
 4 Nos of bulk head lights installed around the RLB
 2 Nos of exhaust fan installed inside the RLB
 2 Nos of MK Light switches installed
 4-way main distribution panel 250A IP65 Outgoing breakers are 100A -6 Nos
 Supply & Installation of 1No. FDP 100A incomer and outgoing branches 10A and 15A
 Supply & installation of 250KVA Generator including oil spill containment
 MSB 250A 4-way Supply & installation and incoming breaker 250A and 4 nos 100A MCCB with
indicators and stand
 Supply and installation of 4CX 70 Sq.mm XLPE Cable excavated with 70cm depth
 6 Nos of Furse earth pit with chamber to be installed split units HVAC MSB, FDP
Maintenance:
 All light fittings, outlet sockets to check every month, if any damaged lights or sockets to be
replaced
 Every 250 hours to maintain the generator for periodic maintenance
 During the Generator maintenance, will change the air filter, oil filter, water filter and water
washing.
 Daily inspection for Generators

 Installed water pipes, faucets, angle valves in the male & female latrine
 100 Ltr boiler installed
 Supply & installation of water tank 1000 Gal with necessary fittings and pressure pump system
 Supply & installation of sewage tank 1000 Gal excavated and buried outside the RLB
 All WC drainage lines are connected with the main sewage tank
