MEET OUR PANEL OF JUDGES

Anita Barone headed to Los Angeles after graduating with a BFA from University of Detroit and
an MFA from Wayne State University in Michigan. Three days later she was cast as a regular on SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL WHO MAKE
a comedy series with Carol Burnett. Since then she has been a regular on eight other TV series DISTINGUISHED YOUNG WOMEN OF
and has starred in a dozen films. She has also guest starred on television shows including:
Friends, Seinfeld, Curb your Enthusiasm, Parenthood, Desperate Housewives & Castle. She

many comical, yet instructional videos.

Nancy Kaufman Cornwell has been dancing since the age of 11. She was accepted to the
prestigious High School of Performing Arts in New York City and went on to study dance in Paris
and at the University of London majoring in theater arts. After graduation, she was accepted at VOLUNTEERS

continuing her career with the intellectual property group at a national law firm. She is a
Distinguished Young Women alum, having represented Los Angeles County at the California
program.

Kim Schroeder Long is a professional actor-singer who has appeared in theatrical productions, Be a part of helping the young women of Los Angeles County

portrayal of Rosemary Clooney in the biographical musical "Tenderly" and her voice is featured
on the cast recording. Most recently, she brought Judy Garland to life in The Carnegie Theatre’s
acclaimed production of "End of the Rainbow", and returned to grad school to pursue a degree in
Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kim also spent over a decade working in the visual arts,
achieving international recognition for her award-winning photojournalism. She is a
