Sub: Offer Letter for the position of ‘Site Incharge’.

With reference to the above, we are pleased to issue an offer letter for the position of ‘Site Incharge’in Greensecure Power
Systems Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. You will be working with the leadership team, who will assign your specific responsibilities from
time to time.

 We expect the performance of the highest order from you and would be pleased to accord due recognition based on merits
not only in regard to specific performance expected from you, but also in your cultivating excellent relations with your
peers, subordinates, superiors and public.

 You will be entitled to receive the salary and allowances as per the salary break-up enclosed in the annexure.

 You will be eligible for leave as per the leave rules of the company, which are in force from time to time.

 You will be governed by the rules and regulations for employment, hours of work, holidays, discipline and general work
practices, which will be in force from time to time.

 You will be on probation for a period of six months, and the same may be extended at the discretion of the management.
During the period of probation (including any extended period), your services can be terminated without any notice or
reason. On satisfactory completion of the probationary period, your appointment will be confirmed in writing, and
thereafter your services shall cease at any time by giving three months’ notice in writing or payment of three month’s salary
on either side.

 You will be in full time employment with the company. Based on organizational and business exigencies, you are liable to be
posted to any group company which is presently in existence or may be created in future without any extra remuneration
and you will be abide by the working condition of the unit concerned.

 If and when, information furnished by you regarding your qualification, previous experience, employment etc., are found to
be incorrect or not true, you will be liable for termination or such other action as the management deems fit.

 The Offer Letter is subject to your being declared medically fit for employment and continuing to remain fit, as certified by a
notified medical practitioner.

 In the performance of your duties, you will come to possess information connected with operations of our manufacturing
processes, documents, plans drawings, prints, trade secrets, technical information, reports, statements, correspondence,
etc. written or verbal and also information and instructions that pass through you or come to your knowledge, financial and
other matters relating to the company’s business. All such information shall be held by you in the strict confidence and shall
not be divulged to any person during your service with the company or thereafter. In the event of you action in any manner
contrary or in breach of these conditions during the course of the contract or thereafter, the company will initiate
appropriate proceedings.

 You will be responsible for the safe keeping of company property and you will have to return in good condition and order,
such as tools, equipment’s, instruments, books, uniform, etc., which may in your custody. We shall have the right to deduct
the money value of all such things from your dues and take such other action, as we deem proper in the event of your
failure to account for such property to our satisfaction.

 Your date of birth as recorded by the Company on the basis of documentary evidence produced by you at the time of your
issuing this offer letter is 18th July 1972. You are requested to take note that this date will be considered as the
authenticated date of birth for all purposes throughout your service with the company, and will not be changed under any
circumstances.

 As per the company’s policy, the age for superannuation is 58 years. Retention of your services beyond the age of
superannuation will be entirely at the discretion of the management.

 You will keep us informed of any change in your residential address or in your civil status.

 Any disputes arising related to your employment with the company shall be subject to Hyderabad city jurisdiction.
