HÖÔÙNG DAÃN CAØI ÑAËT THOÂNG SOÁ VVVF MITSUBISHI

Ngöôøi gôûi: Leâ Vuõ Hoaøng (Phoøng Kyõ Thuaät).


Nôi nhaän: Xöôûng Ñieän, Vaän Haønh, BT-SC vaø caùc Chi Nhaùnh.

A. Khai baùo Parameter:


Ngoaøi nhöõng Parameter caàn thay ñoåi coù trong baûng döôùi ñaây, nhöõng Parameter coøn laïi söû duïng
giaù trò maëc ñònh :
Khai baùo tröôùc khi Auto-Tuning.
Khai baùo sau khi Auto-Tuning

B. Caùch thöïc hieän Auto-Tuning:


Coù 2 cheá ñoä Auto-Tuning:
 Auto-Tuning vôùi ñoäng cô khoâng quay (söû duïng taïi coâng trình):
- Böôùc 1: Khai baùo Par 96 = 1, chuyeån sang Mode EXT ra leänh chaïy baèng caùch
nhaán phím goïi ñeán moät taàng baát kyø. VVVF seõ Auto-Tuning, trong suoát quaù trình
naøy Par 96 seõ chuyeån töø 1 => 2 => 3 laø hoaøn thaønh.
- Böôùc 2: Sau ñoù, khai baùo:
Par 71 = 4
Par 77 = 801
Parameter VVVF 5.5KW VVVF 7.5KW

- Böôùc 3: Khai baùo:


Par 71 = 3
Par 77 = 0
 Auto-Tuning vôùi ñoäng cô quay (söû duïng taïi xöôûng):
- Böôùc 1: Khai baùo Par 96 = 101, chuyeån sang Mode EXT ra leänh chaïy baèng caùch
nhaán phím goïi ñeán moät taàng baát kyø. VVVF seõ Auto-Tuning, trong suoát quaù trình
naøy Par 96 seõ chuyeån töø 101 => 102 => 103 laø hoaøn thaønh.
- Böôùc 2: Sau ñoù, khai baùo:
Par 71 = 4
Par 77 = 801
Ra leänh chaïy baèng caùch nhaán phím goïi ñeán moät taàng baát kyø, trong quaù trình chaïy
VVVF seõ töï ñoäng caäp nhaät caùc giaù trò töø Par 90 ñeán Par 94 vaø Par 82.
- Böôùc 3: Khai baùo:
Par 71 = 3
Par 77 = 0
Löu yù:
 VVVF neáu ñaõ ñöôïc Auto-Tuning taïi xöôûng (Par 96 = 103) thì khoâng caàn Auto-Tuning taïi
coâng trình .
 Chæ nhöõng VVVF chöa ñöôïc Auto-Tuning hoaëc nhöõng coâng trình söû duïng ñoäng cô coù thoâng
soá khoâng chuaån thì môùi caàn Auto-Tuning taïi coâng trình.

D. Moät soá löu yù:
1. Ñeå thay ñoåi hieån thò xem trang 49 taøi lieäu FR-A500 Instruction manual (3.2.2 vaø 3.2.3
Monitor).
2. Ñeå caøi ñaët Par. xem trang 50 taøi lieäu FR-A500 Instruction manual (3.2.5 Parameter setting
method).
3. Ñeå chuyeån ñoåi giöõa 2 Mode PU vaø EXT xem trang 51 taøi lieäu FR-A500 Instruction manual
(3.2.6 Operation Mode).
4. Ñeå khai baùo thoâng soá, VVVF phaûi chuyeån sang Mode PU.
5. Ñeå chaïy thang, VVVF phaûi ôû Mode EXT.
6. Trong suoát quaù trình Auto-Tuning, SW8 cuûa Card MPU161 phaûi ñöôïc baät leân ON, sau khi
Auto-Tuning traû veà OFF.
7. Daây boïc giaùp cuûa Encoder phaûi ñöôïc noái TER.
