§ Part of team that managed operations/maintenance at Poly-propylene plant (throughput 14TPH/ 175000 MT P.A),
Utility/Power sector units (100 MWH power generation) and reliability cell at manufacturing unit in Vadodara
Production Planning and Plant operations
§ Managed Polymer plant control system up gradation from obsolete system to latest version with plant in running
condition. Improved productivity and increased capacity for digital/analog signals input/output by 1000 numbers’.
§ Maintained field instruments for gas turbines, installation & maintenance operations of equipment like refrigeration
plants, boiler, steam turbines, compressors, cooling towers, de-mineralization water plant and pump house.
§ Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting in Captive Power Plant, utility plant & polymer plant.
§ Implemented additivation system up gradation project from old obsolete system to new version.
§ SAP- Maintenance Module, SAP-PM/PS/MM modules (e-permit system, material management etc)

§ Installation and Commissioning of Booster Compressor for 6-7 min backup in case of instrument air failure. Made logic

§ Updating & Implementation of Control philosophy to fail-safe condition for 12 Reciprocating Compressors.
§ Implemented the required Auto startup schemes for Pumps and Compressors.
§ Yokogawa SLPC control System of Yokogawa for two Boilers (One Mistui and One BHEL).
§ Air Compressor make Mitsubishi (10000 Nm3) Anti Surge Control system, Vibration monitoring system (Bentley
Nevada 7200) and PLC control system.

Supply Chain Management
§ Worked as Plant Maintenance Master data guardian (SAP-Power User), planning engineer & material planner.
§ Initiated and completed CMT/SAP codification of materials and Enrichment of technical specifications of equipment
for 15000 SAP codes.

§ Inventory management and review of instruments which are obsolete spares/equipment & initiate action for inventory
reduction. Completed review for 25000 instrumentation spares.
