My experience at the institute with respect to inclusion was

that I did not find any type of this since the entire work team is

very united and with extensive knowledge in all the roles that

each member plays, thus bringing effectiveness and better

quality in the services provided during the surgical

intervention, in this environment it was not distinguished who

is who, but everyone is treated equally.
