DIGITAL LITERACY SKILLS
• Digital literacy plays a vital role in defining a child's ability to
succeed both in school and throughout their lives. This is an inherent
aspect of 21st century education, which is the spine of our
educational pedagogy here at World Academy.
• Media literacy enables the populace to understand and contribute to
public discourse, and, eventually, make sound decisions when electing
their leaders. People who are media literate can adopt a critical stance
when decoding media messages, no matter their views regarding a
position.

• Information literacy is the ability to find, evaluate,
organize, use, and communicate information in all its
various formats, most notably in situations requiring decision
making, problem solving, or the acquisition of knowledge.
• ICT Literacy is the ability to use tools of information

B. INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN MODELS

• Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction model helps trainers,


educators, and instructional designers structure their training

strategies and create activities for instructional classes.
• Revised Bloom's taxonomy refers to the emphasis on two learning
domains that make up educational objectives: cognitive (knowledge)
and affective (attitude). The revised taxonomy focuses on six
levels: remember, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate and create
