ANALYZE

1. Are all the assessment tasks aligned to the learning outcome?

Indeed, each subject's assessments are all linked to the learning objectives.

2. What are the possible consequences if teacher’s assessment tasks are not aligned to
learning outcome/s? does this affect assessment results? How?

Because the learning objectives and assessment activities are unrelated, it will
have an impact on the assessment findings.

3. Why should assessments tasks be aligned to the learning outcomes?

Since the teacher evaluates students' understanding if they have grasped the topic
and applied the idea appropriately at the conclusion of the class, the evaluations
should be linked with the learning objectives. If it is aligned, the expected output of
the pupils will be met.

REFLECT

 Reflect on past assessments you have been through. Were they all aligned with what
your teacher taught (with learning outcomes?)

In my previous experiences, all of the evaluations were in line with the learning
objectives. It takes the form of answering questions and participating in a variety of
activities in order to improve our cognitive, psychomotor, and emotional abilities.

 How did this affect your performance?

As a future teacher, what lesson do you learn from these past experiences and
from this observation It inspires me to function better since it tests my abilities to
evaluate and provide the best possible responses to the activities. It also assists me in
evaluating my performance, allowing me to see where I need to improve. As a
prospective teacher, I've discovered that aligning assessments and learning goals
influences students' intrinsic motivation since it directs students on what the lessons
are about and the links between the activities and the lesson.
