B. Analyze

Refer to the results of your observation to answer the questions that follow:

1. Which of the three responsibilities shows majority of the indicators being practiced?
2. Actual Teachign?
3. Management of Learning?
4. Administrative Work?

Among the three, actual teaching shows the majority of indicators being
practiced. Because as I observed, almost of the routines are generalize and located at this
responsibility. This is the actual procedure of teaching and learning process as it indicates
demonstration, assessment personality towards students’ needs and interests, the
alignment of the objectives and an instruction that is learner-centered.

2. Which demonstrated behavior, do you find in the teacher that is worthy of emulation
when you become a teacher? Describe.
I think it is worth emulating the behavior of managing the learning. Which may allow
learners to participate because it is an essential aspect of teaching and learning process?
Considering also the students’ needs as well as their difference must observed. This will pave a
way in satisfying ones’ weaknesses. With the use also of supporting materials to facilitate
learning. It is a must that you know now how to handle learning. Consideration and support
opens the gateway to provide quality education in the future. I will bring this aspect to mold
ones’ capabilities and skills as well as use significant ideas to create learning environment that
foster learning

3. Which of the major responsibilities does this teacher find difficult to comply with? What
are the reasons?
I think it is the administrative work. Today’s time of learning where face to face
instruction is not allowed, it I s hard for the teacher to assess learning and results. It can be
difficult for the teacher to record results as they think is not accurate enough because they can’t
track the accurate learning outcomes. Because our mode of modality today is through learning
management system that is hard to observe with. Even at once they are encourage to meet
through online conference, some aren’t able to join due also to the connectivity.

4. From your respective, would you consider this quality teacher? Why?
Yes. Maybe there are also some difficulties of the way he teach due also to the current
situation. He is intelligent enough to impart knowledge and use varied instructional materials to
address students’ differences. He has the mastery of his subject matter. A single difficulty will
not define negativity. In fact, there is always a room for improvement. We just need to help each
other.
C. Reflect

1. Are you inspired to become a teacher after your observation? If yes, why? If No, why not?
After the observation, I am more inspired to become a teacher. Through when I was a kid
I thought I couldn’t fit to be a teacher because my cousins are telling me that they seemed stress,
over worked, flexible for short. But to cut the long story short, I can fit into the roles of building
myself to become a future teacher. As what I observed, I loved seeing students succeed
especially to their academic performance

2. When you become a teacher in the future, how else would you do better as a professional
teacher?

As a future teacher to become a better professional is really a challenge. It is a constant

for a teacher to be knowledgeable and determined but I want to be better more than just a
teacher. I want to pay attention in believing in my students; potential because the success of a
teacher begins with the success of students. I will encourage them to go beyond their capabilities.
Motivation will make them try harder and better. As a teacher, it doesn’t always mean that you
know everything. You also need to learn more about your field and other concepts. Being
humble that accepts one ideas and opinions. Because even the most successful teacher don’t
know everything. Learning never stops.

3. What are some of the concerns that you foresee in the future as a quality teacher? Do you
think you will be ready to address these? Give at least 2 concerns.
The concerns that I for see in the future as a quality teacher is support and discipline,
classroom management. Discipline, we all know that learners nowadays are very disrespectful,
we can’t deny that. Being ready is a must, set rules and reinforce behavior if possible. Classroom
management, even if today’s time only online classroom is being practiced there is a time that
things will go back. Classroom management is essential in teaching as it sets the mood for good
instruction.

4. In what aspects of the teacher’s day, would you like to congratulate the teacher you
observed? Can you show your appreciation to this teacher by sending a Thank you card?
(Include this in your artifact.)

I want to take this opportunity to thank a teacher for supporting, believing and
enlightening my way. I will congratulate for being an effective teacher to me that molds me
beyond my skills and personality. Thank you for allowing me to soar high with you as my guide.
No words can deeply express how grateful am I to how you as a friend, mentor and light on the
darkest times. You invested efforts and knowledge that I will eventually treasure in my whole
life especially to my chosen field of specialization.

C. Reflect

Based on the task that you made, what challenges await you as a future teacher? How will you
manage learning in the future classroom? How will you prepare yourself to respond to
21st teaching-learning and become a global teacher?

Make a short paragraph on how will you manage teaching-learning in the 21st century classroom.
A 21st century classroom includes flexible, student-centered, technology-based
education, a collaborative and child-friendly environment. Teachers are not only tasks to
disseminate information to young minds. Part of teachers’ job is to provide a conducive and
friendly learning environment that foster learning. It is really a challenge to teach in the 21st
century as it contains students that are expected to be multiple intelligent. Strategies aren’t
enough to establish teaching and learning. As a preparation, building a conducive place to
learning which is also informative and motivational. Part of your job is to create a classroom that
does not limit expectations. Classroom managements is an essential in teaching and learning
process. To handle more than 10 students is a burden if you don’t know how to manage it. To
manage teaching and learning in the 21st century is also a need to recognize classroom
instructions. First look for the needs of the students as well as their differences and strengths.
Followed by planning of necessary strategies or techniques that is appropriate to address these
issues. The next one is providing rules and policies. It is also advantages if you involved them in
doing classroom rules. Because classroom rules makes the instruction run smoothly and probably
encourages students to actively engage in the process. As we have said that classroom
management keeps an organized, orderly, focused and a productive teaching and learning
process. However, to respond on the issues and behavioral challenges of students, I would be
more flexible and serves as a facilitator. Because it is not necessary that a teacher always provide
the information, teachers need to give place for the students to take over their learning as well as
assessing them. I will teach them how to adapt because 21st century learners contain many skills
that you will nourished. As the number one in-charge of this aspect, I will be more a listener,
good communicator, patient, a facilitator and a motivation because we stand as the model of the
classroom.
