Error message at console
The fault detection circuit of the electronic control
system detects, registers and memorizes faults that
have occurred during operation of the truck.
Some of the faults are displayed visually in the form
of a clear readout, i.e. indicated in words on the
display of the console.
To enable diagnoses to be made, the electronic
control system can be switched to the diagnostic
mode (password level 2). To this end the
SERVICE ADR. 150 – VALUE 01
must be set via the console.
After that a reset must first be initiated. PRG

Shut off the truck until the display goes off (or
disconnect the battery), then restart the truck. PRG NO

Thereupon, faults emanating from the software

diagnostics will be displayed additionally. The fault
indication will not disappear until YES (PRG ) is
pressed. The next fault (provided it exists) will then
be displayed. The standard display will appear once YES
all faults have been indicated.
By pressing F1 keypad in the diagnostic mode (the
associated LED will light), the ERROR LIST will be
displayed again. If the PRG keypad is pressed,
the next fault will be displayed. The LED integrated
into the F1 keypad will go out as soon as the end of
the ERROR LIST is reached, and the standard display
will appear again. The indication of the ERROR LIST ERRO R L I S T PRG

can be interrupted by pressing the PRG O keypad. RE S E T NO PRG

By pressing the F2 keypad in the diagnostic mode

(the associated LED will come on), all faults that have F2
occurred since the last erasing of the fault memory
will be displayed. Switching to the next fault is F1
possible as described above by pressing YES
(PRG ) keypad. The procedure can be interrupted
by pressing the NO (PRG O) keypad.

The error memory is cleared with the menu item at

password level 2 using the command:
ERROR LIST SE R V I C E AD DR 1 5 0 PRG

The fault detection circuit of the electronic control
system detects, registers and memorizes faults that
have occurred during operation of the truck.
Some of the faults are displayed visually in the form
of a clear readout, i.e. indicated in words on the
display of the console.
To enable diagnoses to be made, the electronic
control system can be switched to the diagnostic
mode (password level 2). To this end the
SERVICE ADR. 150 – VALUE 01
must be set via the console.
After that a reset must first be initiated. PRG

Shut off the truck until the display goes off (or
disconnect the battery), then restart the truck. PRG NO

Thereupon, faults emanating from the software

diagnostics will be displayed additionally. The fault
indication will not disappear until YES (PRG ) is
pressed. The next fault (provided it exists) will then
be displayed. The standard display will appear once YES
all faults have been indicated.
By pressing F1 keypad in the diagnostic mode (the
associated LED will light), the ERROR LIST will be
displayed again. If the PRG keypad is pressed,
the next fault will be displayed. The LED integrated
into the F1 keypad will go out as soon as the end of
the ERROR LIST is reached, and the standard display
will appear again. The indication of the ERROR LIST ERRO R L I S T PRG

can be interrupted by pressing the PRG O keypad. RE S E T NO PRG

By pressing the F2 keypad in the diagnostic mode

(the associated LED will come on), all faults that have F2
occurred since the last erasing of the fault memory
will be displayed. Switching to the next fault is F1
possible as described above by pressing YES
(PRG ) keypad. The procedure can be interrupted
by pressing the NO (PRG O) keypad.

The error memory is cleared with the menu item

The fault detection circuit of the electronic control
system detects, registers and memorizes faults that
have occurred during operation of the truck.
Some of the faults are displayed visually in the form
of a clear readout, i.e. indicated in words on the
display of the console.
To enable diagnoses to be made, the electronic
control system can be switched to the diagnostic
mode (password level 2). To this end the
SERVICE ADR. 150 – VALUE 01
must be set via the console.
After that a reset must first be initiated. PRG

Shut off the truck until the display goes off (or
disconnect the battery), then restart the truck. PRG NO

Thereupon, faults emanating from the software

diagnostics will be displayed additionally. The fault
indication will not disappear until YES (PRG ) is
pressed. The next fault (provided it exists) will then
be displayed. The standard display will appear once YES
all faults have been indicated.
By pressing F1 keypad in the diagnostic mode (the
associated LED will light), the ERROR LIST will be
displayed again. If the PRG keypad is pressed,
the next fault will be displayed. The LED integrated
into the F1 keypad will go out as soon as the end of
the ERROR LIST is reached, and the standard display
will appear again. The indication of the ERROR LIST ERRO R L I S T PRG

can be interrupted by pressing the PRG O keypad. RE S E T NO PRG

By pressing the F2 keypad in the diagnostic mode

(the associated LED will come on), all faults that have F2
occurred since the last erasing of the fault memory
will be displayed. Switching to the next fault is F1
possible as described above by pressing YES
(PRG ) keypad. The procedure can be interrupted
by pressing the NO (PRG O) keypad.

The error memory is cleared with the menu item
