The fault detection circuit of the electronic control
system detects, registers and memorizes faults that
have occurred during operation of the truck.
Some of the faults are displayed visually in the form
of a clear readout, i.e. indicated in words on the
display of the console.
To enable diagnoses to be made, the electronic
control system can be switched to the diagnostic
mode (password level 2). To this end the
SERVICE ADR. 150 – VALUE 01
must be set via the console.
After that a reset must first be initiated. PRG

Fault 22 – Overvoltage C1
Effect: Contactor drops out
Cause: Battery discharge; RCD circuitry faulty; loose contact in wiring; main fuse or contactor
coil connecting cable faulty; battery plug disconnected during regenerative braking or
main contactor dropped out.
Remedy: Clear fault beseitigen, replace controller
Note:
Since the introduction of the new R60S20 controller and ET-controller R60S20 adapter solution, no more
individual circuit boards are available as a spare part.
If the case should arise, the controller must always be replace completely. In this connection, the console
must also be replaced by a series console.
