DUTIES
Assists with maintaining organized and clean storerooms that are properly labeled, and product is
protected and safeguarded.
Assists with preparing storerooms for new inventory to be received. Stock stores according to safety
standards.
Ensure the store is adequately stocked at all times.
Responsible for rotating product in stores in accordance to first-in-first-out (FIFO) and expiration dates.
Assists with preparing external orders of food and other items.
Assists in maintaining all related inventory within budgeted levels and reports any variances.
Assists with receiving food orders and storing product at the right temperature.
Advises Storekeeper of any variances from received orders compared to order.
Assists with filing internal requisitions, and issuing the product requested and approved, according to
Company policy.
Regular monitoring of the temperature of the various cold room.
QUALIFICATION
A minimum of SHS certificate
At least 2 years’ experience in stores management.
Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
Familiar with standards and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
Must pay attention to details.

DUTIES
Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
Disposing of rubbish
Organizing linen for laundry
Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards and dishes
Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling,
cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the Cook's instructions.
Stirring and heating soups and sauces as well as preparing hot beverages
QUALIFICATION
A minimum of JHS certificate
Proven experience assisting in kitchen
Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work in a team.

DUTIES
Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders
Set up work stations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Responsible for ensuring kitchen is cleaned up at the end of each shift according to established cleaning and
sanitation standards.
Responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.
Responsible for maintaining food preparation pars set forth and keeping track of the food for proper rotation
by checking for correct labeling and dates.
Assists with monthly inventory.
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
Stores food properly and safely.
Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
Completes food temperature checks before service.
Responsible for consulting with Chef to plan menus and estimate expected food consumption.
Adhere to all outlined established safety policies and procedures.
Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
QUALIFICATION
At least 5 years’ experience in culinary or a similar position.
Understanding of raw materials, quality control and other techniques for the effective creation and
distribution of food products
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure without supervision.
Sound knowledge of food preparation regulations and standards

Able to work any shift including weekends
Can follow detailed written or verbal instructions precisely
Adherence to all Health and Safety dress-codes
Experience in kitchen operations
Exceptional physical stamina and strength
