PROFILE
My experience is off the beaten path in that I worked in the field as a network
integrator and interfaced with many personalities. I believe my soft skills work
ing with many a help desk or network administrator has broadened my experience i
n IT and has brought a lot of value to the way I work. The field in which I wor
ked incorporated my IT skills by acertaining the client's needs and bringing the
m to fruition by creating custom technology solutions.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
* Actively tracked and followed up on trouble tickets, reducing average response
time from 2 days to 5 hours.

ecycled hardware systems, maintaining corporate standards for system compatibili
