I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our ABM T-SHIRT SOCIETY offers a good quality of personalized printed t-shirts that are suitable for
every students of Kaunlaran High School. Our primary objective is to offer customers a variety of options
for choosing their wanted designs. Also, our t-shirt is made up of compact designs and attractive colors
that satisfies the customers. The customers may choose from the existing designs or supply their own. In
that case, these t-shirts are going to attract other students to buy their kind of t-shirts specified
depending on their year level or strand. We also offer different kinds of color of t-shirts depending on
the chosen color of the customers. These custom t-shirts have good qualities of material but can be
bought in a low and affordable price. The pre-designed shirts will be available on school bazaars and
fairs on some school occasions.

III. PRODUCT PLAN

a. Purpose of the Product


To offer the customers a variety of options for choosing their own color and design
shirts. Our t-shirt is available for both men and women who are looking for simple but

trendy shirts. The customers have the decision if they want to have their own design or
just choose from our existing designs.

b. Product’s Unique Features
ABM T-shirt society t-shirts have two unique features. First is the wide graphic designs
created by the team or create your own personalized designs, graphics, and slogans
that connect with your needs and styles. The second unique feature is the good quality
of material used in screen printing machine.

c. Production Process
1. CREATE YOUR DESIGN
A. Using your sketch as a guide, create a digital version of your design in Adobe
Illustrator or another vector drawing program (e.g. InkPad on an iPad).

2. TRANSFER DESIGN
A. Transfer Digital File to Vinyl Cutter Computer
B. Prepare the File for Cutting
C. Load vinyl into the vinyl cutter.
D. When the vinyl cutter is finished cutting out
your design, advance the vinyl and use scissors to cut
the design off of the vinyl roll.
E. Using weeding tools (e.g. hooked weeding pick, curved
tweezers, exacto knife), lift and remove the border around
the design, leaving the text and symbol attached to the
backing paper.
F. Place Stickers on T-shirt
G. Press the sticker using the digital heat press
4. CLEAN UP/FINANCIAL RETOUCH
A. After the t-shirt has been dried to heat, set it and avoid the
t-shirt from washing out.

d. Distribution Logistics
ABM t-shirt society will be initially operating home-based and use social media for
distribution and order. Our t-shirt design is created with a good quality vinyl to be able to

satisfy customers. Any customer will have the options to pick-up their t-shirt or
merchandise and deliver it in convenience. The pre-designed t-shirts will also be
available on our school bazaars in Kaunlaran High School.

IV. Market Plan

a. Marketing Strategies

Our selling campaign will be through:


•SOCIAL MEDIA - our associate will be active on social media or internet especially in
our printing. Specifically Facebook and Instagram when it comes to millennial.
•STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS – through some school organizations, we will be able to
sell our products by offering them to make their club t-shirts on us. From that, other
students who will be seeing them wearing their club shirt would be curious to asked
where did they bought the shirt and will get to be aware about our business.

b. Sales Strategies
The sales strategy will emphasize that ordering and buying a shirt
from our T-shirt company will be very easy, accessible, and a pleasing
experience. The sales effort will work on the possibility of having our own
website in the long run, the main tool used for ordering. It will be quite important to have
a friendly, easy to use web interface in the future course of the business. Our T-shirt will
also rely on three other factors to help boost sales. The first is exemplary customer
service. Having excellent service will provide the customer with the feeling that the
business is looking out for the customer’s interest. Second, when a customer places an
order, they will probably be excited to see the finished product, so our T-shirt will ensure
the shortest turnaround time possible. Lastly, sales will be boosted by offering to our
customers a very good product. Our T-shirt will ensure economical value of the T-shirt
without scarifying its quality.

c. Product Characteristics

ABM T-shirt product have a number of competitive features that will be used to its
advantage to achieve our market penetration. Affordable and comfortable shirts
because it is the basic need even a teenagers buy those products because some of the
teenagers still being dependents and having a limited budget to splurge. In this
generation, fashion is important to teenagers. So it is favorable to them to have access
to inexpensive quality shirts. Large catalog or features/graphics customers will be
offered an array or design or graphics to choose from them. Which one conceptualized
by the in-house graphic designer. Your design is our loyalty to apply, so our main
purpose of our T-shirt is to make a customer satisfy to our product.

d. Pricing policy

Our T-shirt company will adopt the differing price based on the size and the complexity
of the design policy. As such, below is the pricing scheme that will be adopted.

e. Market Analysis Summary

The demand for printed shirt in Kaunlaran High School has shown steady growth over
the past few years. It was observed that high school students are among the biggest
market for the product. These market segments favor trendy and quality shirts at an
affordable price to increase market penetration. Our T-shirt will offer a large catalog of
graphics aside from the affordable shirts to its intended market segment. At the same
time, aggressive marketing campaign will be done to increase the visibility of our t-shirt
through the use of the social media and tapping the various school student
organizations. Our T-shirt offers price differential based on the size and the complexity

of the T-shirt design with price tagging from Php 200- 250.
