PRODUCTION RELEASE FORM 

You Suhail khan and/or your representative, Aastha Online Ventures LLP (“You”), have been engaged by Regalix India
Private Limited (“Producer”) to provide certain services in  connection with the creation and delivery of audiovisual
content that You will distribute/exhibit on one or more platforms or services owned  or controlled by Facebook, Inc. and
its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies (collectively, “Company”) whether now or in  the future. For
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, You hereby acknowledge
and  agree as set forth in this release (“Release”) as follows: 

On the condition that (i) You have signed and delivered this Release to Producer, (ii) You have delivered to Producer all
necessary  documents to effectuate payment hereunder, and (iii) You are not in uncured material breach or default
hereunder, Producer agrees to  pay You, as full consideration for all services rendered in connection with the Videos and
all rights granted by You hereunder, an all inclusive payment (a) of Three Thirty Eight United States Dollars ($338USD) or
equivalent in Indian Rupees or (b) as set out in your  agreement with Producer, subject in each case to any deductions or
withholdings as may be required, payable in accordance with terms  agreed upon between you and the Producer. 

Obligations. 
• You will publicly post the mutually agreed upon video content to Instagram (each a “ Video” and collectively the
“Videos”) under  your official Instagram account (“Account”).  
• You (i) control and are responsible for the production and content of the Videos, subject to this Release and (ii) are
ultimately  responsible for organizing such Videos on your Account. For clarity, Company has no editorial control,
direction or responsibility  over the content of the Videos. 
• You agree that the Videos are subject to the Instagram Terms of Use (currently available at: 
https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870?ref=dp ), including our Community Guidelines (currently available at:
https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119?helpref=page_content ), Data Policy (currently available at:
https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875?helpref=page_content ) and other referenced policies and terms
(“Instagram  Terms”), to which You agree and which are incorporated into this Release by reference. For clarity,
when You create an Account  or use Instagram, You agree to the Instagram Terms. Your Videos are your content that
You share, post, or upload on or in  connection with the Instagram Service and are governed by the Instagram Terms.
Nothing in this Agreement changes your  rights in your content and Company does not claim ownership of your
content that You post on or through Instagram, but You  grant Company a license to use it pursuant to the Instagram
Terms. You further agree that our license in the Instagram Terms  includes rights to promote the Videos on the
Facebook Company Products (as defined in Facebook’s Terms of Service, currently   available at:
https://www.facebook.com/terms). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given in the Instagram  
Terms or Facebook’s Terms of Service. 

You hereby agree that your Videos and any promotional services in connection thereto, including, without limitation, in
the materials in any  posts, or materials written and/or maintained by You in the sharing of the Videos, or otherwise in
connection with the Videos: 

• Cannot feature a political candidate for an election; 

• Cannot feature any other government officials; 
• Cannot include any express advocacy for a candidate, political party, or a ballot measure (even if the candidate is not
featured  in the content and even if the candidate is not up for election this cycle); 
• Cannot include any campaign/partisan slogans; 
• Cannot include any grassroots lobbying/calls to action for specific legislative proposals; and 
• Cannot include content on behalf of or promoting a candidate for public office, a political figure, a political party, a
political  action committee, any other content that would be considered regulated political advertising, or advocate
for the outcome of  an election to public office. 

You and your representatives, heirs, successors and assigns hereby absolutely, unconditionally and forever release and
discharge and  covenant not to sue the Released Parties (defined below) from any and all claims, demands, controversies,
causes of action, damages,  liabilities, costs (including reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) and obligations whatsoever
(including, without limitation, any personal  injury, property damage, defamation and/or false light claim and/or claim that
such use invades any right of privacy and/or publicity)  (collectively, “Claims”), whether known or unknown, arising directly
or indirectly out of or in connection with the Videos or any derivative  works thereof. You understand and acknowledge
that your appearance on the Videos does not fall under the jurisdiction of any guild  and/or union agreements (whether or
not You may be a member of such guild and/or union). Your appearance on the Videos is as a non performer only, and is
not employment, and does not entitle You to wages, salary or other compensation under any collective bargaining 
agreement or otherwise. You acknowledge and understand that there may be facts discovered or claims incurred which
were unknown  or unsuspected at the time of execution of this Release which may have materially affected your decision
to execute this Release if known  at the time of execution, and You assume any risk of such unknown or unsuspected facts
or claims. You agree to indemnify and hold  harmless Producer and Company, any of their licensees, designees, and assigns
and each of their respective parents, subsidiary entities, affiliates, and the respective directors, officers, employees,
agents, contractors, Partner s, shareholders, representatives and attorneys of  each of the foregoing (collectively,
“Released Parties”) from and against any and all Claims arising out of any breach of any warranty,  undertaking,
representation or agreement made or entered into hereunder by You. 

You shall, at all times, keep in confidence and shall not use for yourself or others, other than in connection with the
business or affairs of  Producer, or divulge to others, any secret or confidential information, knowledge or data of Producer
or Company unless authorized by  Producer or Company or required by law or as necessary to your business
representatives on a confidential basis (for clarity, the existence  and contents of this Release are confidential). The
covenants set forth in this paragraph shall survive any termination of this Release. You   represent and warrant that: (i) You
have all right, title and authority necessary to enter into this Release and fulfill the obligations   hereunder; (ii) all work
under this Release will be your original work and any use of the Videos hereunder will not infringe, violate or 
misappropriate any third party’s rights, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or publicity
rights; (iii) You  will fulfill all of the responsibilities and shall fully discharge all of such obligations as required by any and all
applicable laws and  regulations, now or hereafter enforced; and (iv) this Release is not subject to the jurisdiction of any
union, guild or collective bargaining  agreement. 

You agree that your remedies for any breach of this Release by Producer or Company will be limited to damages and in no
event will You  be entitled to rescind this Release or to seek any injunctive or other equitable relief. You agree that under
no circumstances shall Producer  or Company have any liability or obligation for any incidental, consequential, special,
exemplary, punitive, or other similar damages. 

This Release shall in all respects be interpreted, enforced, and governed by the laws of the State of California and the
exclusive forum for  any such dispute shall be the state and/or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California. This
Release constitutes the entire  agreement and understanding between You and Producer concerning the subject matter
hereof, and supersedes and replaces all prior  negotiations, proposed agreements and agreements, written and oral,
relating thereto and cannot be changed or terminated except by  a written instrument signed by both parties. This Release
and the rights hereunder may be freely assigned by the Producer. This Release is  personal to You and may not be assigned
by You and any assignment shall be null and void ab initio. In the event that any provision hereof   shall be invalid or
unenforceable due to any law, said provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to effect compliance  
with such law, and in any event such invalidity or unenforceability shall have no effect upon the remaining terms and
condition hereof.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AS IF I HAD ENTERED INTO IT
DIRECTLY WITH PRODUCER AND I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WITHOUT THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, PRODUCER WOULD NOT
BE WILLING TO PROVIDE THIS RELEASE:
