1. Applicant
1.1 Individual
1.1.1 18 years old and above
1.1.2 Sarawakian
1.1.3 For Non-Sarawakian, Work permit/Passport is required

1.2 Corporation / Firm / Society, etc

1.2.1 Corporation / Firm, etc must be registered with Inland Revenue Board (LHDN)
/ Malaysian Companies Commission (SSM) / Treasury Office / District Office /
Registrar of Society, etc
1.2.2 Possess a valid trade licence / registration
1.2.3 Nominate a nominee to represent the Corporation / Firm / Society, etc
