Fully automatic sewage treatment systems by Environ can be installed and retrofitted in the

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITION

Payment Terms:
• 60% advance along with Purchase Order
• 35% including all taxes & duties shall be paid against Performa invoice prior to dispatch
from our works.
• 5% after installation & commissioning or within three months from the date

Delivery Time: 6-8 weeks after received PO

WARRANTY
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The duration of warranty shall be 24 months from the date of commissioning of the plant.
Our warranty, limited to the machine technology, covers the delivery of a SBR-small sewage
treatment plant free of defects.
Within the scope of warranty, a remedy of defects or a replacement of the defective parts shall
take place.

Wear and tear parts shall be excluded from warranty as well as defects and damages beyond
our control which can be at-tributed to an improper operation of the plant, failure of
maintenance, interruptions caused by the customer as well as unauthorised modifications to
the plant.
Treated Effluent Guaranty for household waste water
BOD3 < 20 mg/Lit.
COD < 300 mg/Lit.

For the discharge of waste water from restaurants, industrial enterprises etc. into our plants,
even only as sub-streams, a special dimensioning is required. We shall not warrant for the
compliance with the required discharge values if such discharge takes place into our plants
according to the standard dimensioning without consultation.
Warranty claims are only valid if operation and maintenance has been carried out according to
the operating manual.
WARRANTY EXTENSION

Our warranty can be extended to a period of 10 years, with an operational and maintenance
agreement with us. The charges of the same shall be extra.

Receiving materials:

The delivered goods have to be inspected for undamaged packaging and completeness. A
detected fault or damage must be documented in the delivery papers. In case of damage due to
transportation, the damage must be documented with digital photos and forwarded
immediately.

Installation

The civil works for construction of various Chambers and the plumbing connection till the inlet
of the sludge storage chamber is not included. It is not in our scope unless otherwise specified.
It will be under client Scope.

Delivery Condition

Within 6 to 8 weeks.
