quarantine program, meaning all employees
working at the hotels have now been terminated,
with the last group having an effective termination
date of 30th April, 2021. The employment contract
included a notice period, but as I was part of initial
resignation group the one week's notice period was
waived. The last group did have to serve the notice

revoked, a move which will effectively cease
operations for the company. My concern is that
their excuses for non-payment of leave
entitlements (within 7 days of termination as per
the Award) might be simply a delaying tactic, and if
their master license is indeed revoked then they
could simply declare bankruptcy, and hence not
pay the entitlements.
