Hi Arthur, Thank you for your enquiry about your

016 Per clause 16.4, an employer must pay an
employee’s final pay no later than 7 days after the
employee’s employment ends. You have requested
further assistance from the Fair Work Ombudsman
Response regarding your final pay. Your matter has been
referred to a Customer Solutions Officer for further
assessment, and they will be in contact to discuss
what the next best steps are in your specific
circumstances. A Customer Solutions Officer will
