Additional staff have developed skills with software and can help with work load. All invoices have been paid and suppliers are going to continue to work with
company.

Jill - Learn how to extract and analyse financial data for financial reports. Goal is to
become a senior person within the Finance Department Continue staff training. Provide Warren opportunity to handle larger customer
accounts.
Warren - Become more proficient in accounts officer role and focus on double entry
accounting methods. Long term career goal is to become a Department Manager,
ideally of the Finance Department.
