Market strategies
The Filipinos are always finding something that will
satisfy their tastes. Jellies are one of the foods that
Filipinos find interesting. There number of jellies offering in
the streets anywhere estimating about hundreds of
vendors selling it. But still this kind of product will hook up
the interests of people who will see it.
Our strategy is about on serving people with our
product and also using social media. First we will start
selling these products in households making it as our
'market tester. Also, we will introduce our products using
the social media. And we will be selling it room by room
and expecting that it will be sold instantly because of the
product's interesting taste and quality. Our main
concentration is about maintaining the quality of our
product and establishing a strong identity in the local
market.

 Determination of the market share

The people who will buy our products are ranging
about 60-100. Estimating that most of them are teens
and children because they are more likely to love
sweets.
We are expecting that target market will buy our
product about 2 or more times. We are sure that they
will find the different sweet taste of our product.
 Pricing strategy
Our pricing strategy is positioned as 'generic',
meaning that 5 to 15 pesos is the average price that
the costumer will spend buying this product as
merienda or also a light snack.

Analysis of the competition

We can't deny the possibility of having many
competitors on selling products and also on running the
business. These competitors have many traits and new
ideas about their business. Our competitors have many
strengths, including the numbers, knowing the costumers,
and also having many resources. But despite of this
strengths we can still say that we are ahead of them.
Because they are having these se weaknesses, they lack
the strategies on running businesses, having a common
product and lastly having the same quality of product like
the others.
We are having these strategies that will get us ahead
of them. First is the uniqueness of the product, we made
our jellies not only having one but many flavors with its
tidbits that will let the customers to choose different taste
that they want. Second is the strategy in selling our
products, we will not just sell it personally but also, we will
use social media to endorse and sell it so that we can also
have fast and easy conversation to some of our
customers. Lastly, we have this low price in our product
that Is suitable for all so that many people can buy our
product and enjoy the quality of it.
We can also grab the opportunity of having some
days having no classes to sell our lovely products and also
roaming around some rooms to sell it so that students
don't need to go to canteens to buy something instead
they can buy the jellies that we are selling to them.
