My responsibilities include:
• Full A-Z NAV calculation on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and Bi-Annual funds and analysing changes in fund values in
relation to broader market fluctuations. Mostly managing Hedge funds with exposure to Private Equity, Distressed Debt and
Real Estate. Fund types varying from standalone single manager to master feeder structures.
• Involvement in all client related administrative functions and liaising with investment managers, prime brokers, depositaries
and other transaction counterparties in various international jurisdictions. Liaising with auditors to provide required
information and respond to queries within tight timelines. Maintaining a friendly but professional relationship with ‘Top 5’
client contacts.

• Managing fund invoicing, from internal administrator invoice preparation to payment of fund invoices. Reviewing payments

• Full A-Z NAV calculation on daily, weekly and monthly Hedge, Mutual and UCITS funds. Fund types varying from standalone
single manager to master feeder structures. Liaising with clients as direct contact to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of
fund reporting.
• Review and approve daily work performed by colleagues and junior members of the team. Acted as SME for on-boarded
funds.
• Ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly at fund, class and investor level. Process the
booking of fund income, expenses and accruals in Advent Geneva.
• Exposure to UCITS and hedge funds with varying fund structures. Monitoring compliance with UCITS criteria as first point of
review using LineData compliance tool. Investigating and raising any tolerance breaches in UCITS regulations.
• Close involvement in ad hoc projects such as fund on-boarding, updating compliance systems with LineData introduction for
on boarding new UCITS funds. Dealing with Fund liquidations as well as transferring funds from Geneva 8 to Geneva 14.
In addition, introducing innovations to daily tasks and workbooks to further automate processes and save time.

as required.
