    Important Reminder So Your Ballot Does Not Get Rejected

    Dear Voter:

    BEFORE you seal your ballot envelope…

    A new state law requires you to provide either your Texas issued ID number (state
    identification: TXDL; Election Identification Certificate (EIC); OR the last four digits of your
    social security number to your ballot carrier envelope. The number you use must be the same
    number you used on your ballot by mail application.

    We strongly recommend that you provide BOTH your Texas issued ID number (state
    identification: TXDL; Election Identification Certificate (EIC) AND the last four digits of your
    social security number to your ballot carrier envelope.

    Please provide your PHONE NUMBER and/or EMAIL ADDRESS, so we may contact you in case
    there are any issues with your carrier envelope.

    AFTER you seal your ballot carrier envelope…

    Do not forget to SIGN your carrier envelope!
