SWAPPING AGREEMENT
I, ANNIE ROSE P. ENTIENZA, Teacher I, Junior High School teacher, stationed at JUAN C. ANGARA
MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, Barangay Dibaraybay, Dinalungan, Aurora willingly manifests my desire to
swap teaching station with RHONALYN S. APALES, who is presently assigned at PUANGI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL,
Barangay Puangi, Dipaculao, Aurora.
I, RHONALYN S. APALES, Junior High School teacher and Teacher I in PUANGI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Barangay Puangi, Dipaculao, Aurora is willing to swap teaching station with ANNIE ROSE P. ENTIENZA, Teacher I,
stationed at JUAN C. ANGARA MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, Barangay Dibaraybay, Dinalungan, Aurora.
We both believe that this swapping agreement will benefit the two of us. This will give us an opportunity to
function to the best our abilities as teacher. I, ANNIE ROSE P. ENTIENZA, is a mother of two and breastfeeds my 10
month-old son. It is my earnest desire to be with my children and my family as well as I perform my duty as a teacher to
any situation nearly situated to our home. Moreover, I, RHONALYN S. APALES, will lessen my daily expenses; can work
and perform better if the school is near to my place of residence. For me this swapping is indeed favorable to both of us.
We, therefore ANNIE ROSE P. ENTIENZA and RHONALYN S. APALES, do hereby manifests to swap
teaching station effective January 3, 2022. Attached here to are our clearances.
To legalize and formalize our swapping agreement, we do hereby affix our signature below.
